Like its older brother (it’s definitely male)! Rich sherry aromas whose complexity gives only hints of creamy fudge toffees give way to Glenglassaugh’s boiled fruit sweet medley, too complex to break down. Hints of menthol and peppermint gradually creep in. On the palate the rich sherry dominates but the boiled fruits flavours appear in the mid- palate. A medium, long finish follows where the rich sherry flavours are complemented with the menthol-like cooling.
