Who owns Globalwhiskyshop.com?

Globalwhiskyshop.com is based in Glasgow city centre and is owned
by Robert Graham Limited.  The store is run by Linda Marks.

Who was Robert Graham?

Robert Graham was Glasgow city treasurer and founded our whisky
and cigar business back in 1874.
We have been established on the

internet for many years and have now earned ourselves an excellent
reputation. We take pride in being a merchant set apart by time and
tradition with stores in both Glasgow and Edinburgh

How do you store your cigars?
Each of our specialist whisky and cigar stores houses a custom built walk-in humidor.  All of our cigars are stored in these carefully controlled humidified environments and with our rapid mail order service we guarantee you will receive your cigars in pristine condition.

We accept all major credit cards - Visa, Visa Debit, Visa Electron, American Express, Mastercard & Maestro.

Is it safe to use my credit card online?
None of our customers have ever reported fraudulent use of a credit or debit card as a result of purchases made with us. Our secure server software encrypts all your personal information whilst Sagepay provides a secure, encrypted gateway for processing your credit card details. It enables you to purchase our products online with the knowledge that your credit card details will be secure. SagePay has been audited and approved by all of the major UK acquiring banks which require SagePay to adhere to all APACS standards. SagePay have also been audited and accredited under the Visa Account Information Security (AIS) audit that specifically examines security of credit card details processed and stored by SagePay. We use the information that you provide to process your order and keep it on file to provide you ease when you wish to reorder. Robert Graham Ltd does not sell, trade or rent your personal information to others, so your confidentiality is asured.

Robert Graham Ltd is committed to knowing that EVERY time you purchase from us you are 100% satisfied. If this is not the case please get in touch and we will strive to ensure any problems are rectified promptly and professionally

We will always have special offers listed on our site on this page.
We also send out a regular newsletter to all registered customers. Our newsletter includes exclusive special offers not otherwise advertised on the website! If you'd like to receive a copy just register for an account using the sign up box on the homepage.

Whilst all efforts are made to ensure accuracy of description, specifications and pricing there may be occasions where errors arise. Should such a situation occur the company cannot accept your order. In the event of a mistake you will be contacted with a full explanation and a corrected offer. The information displayed is considered as an invitation to treat not as a confirmed offer for sale. The contract is confirmed upon supply of goods

By placing an order with your credit card, you authorise us to act on your behalf in processing and shipping your order, including using postal or courier service to deliver your order under the terms of sale. ENGLISH LAW STATES THAT WINES AND SPIRITS MAY ONLY BE SOLD TO PERSONS WHO ARE AT LEAST 18 YEARS OLD. IN SCOTLAND THIS AGE IS 21. THE PERSON TO WHOM DELIVERY IS TO BE MADE MUST BE ABOVE THE REQUIRED AGE. An adult must be available to sign for the packages and the courier may ask for proof of identification to confirm age. WE RESERVE THE RIGHT TO CANCEL ANY ORDER if we are concerned that a minor has placed an order.
