ALCOHOL DESPATCH INFORMATION

UK Delivery - £7.50 for a standard size bottle, up to 1.5 kilo weight
UK Delivery - £15.00 for orders over 1.5 kilo weight

Overseas Delivery - Delivery cost starts at £20.00 per bottle.

Singles, Packs and Box orders, Smokers Accessories and Tobacco – despatched by tracked or Special delivery. Humidors and large and heavy items – despatched by courier services.

Samplers – standard tracked delivery free of charge. Orders over the value of £100.00 – standard tracked delivery free of charge.

Standard tracked Delivery – approx 2-4 working days £4.50
Next Working Day Delivery – guaranteed delivered by 1pm mainland UK only £7.50
Courier Next Working Day Delivery – guaranteed delivery by 6pm mainland UK only £20.00
Saturday Delivery – Royal Mail Saturday Service (orders under 2kg in weight) – guaranteed delivered by 1pm mainland UK only £10.50

Saturday delivery is available for orders under the weight of 2kg with Royal Mail at £10.50 delivery cost per order. Should the weight of your order exceeds the weight of 2kg, and we are unable to despatch by Royal Mail, you will be contacted and advised of any additional cost prior to shipping your order. An average cost for courier delivery on Saturday is £40.00.

Please note our DAILY CUT OFF time for all orders requested for NEXT DAY DELIVERY is 2pm.

LIGHTERS DESPATCH

Please note that all lighters are despatch 'drained'.
There is no gas. All lighters are posted empty.

GIFTS AND DELIVERY TO AN ALTERNATIVE ADDRESS

If you want us to ship to an address that is different to the billing address, although this isn't a problem, PLEASE contact your credit card company and inform them that you are purchasing a mail order transaction and having it shipped to a different address. This ensures they will allow us to process the charge without delay.
